Membership Requirements
- Maintain Direct contractual relationships with all insurance plans that are associated with ICP except AHCCCS, Indian Health Service, and Exchange plans
- Follow ICP clinical guidelines, support care coordination, meet citizenship metric criteria and share practice and clinical data with ICP.
- Pay a one-time membership fee per physician to join Innovation Physician Orgnization (IPO). IPO is a separate entity that makes decisions on behalf of ICP members, provides physicians opportunities to participate on committees, work groups and attend social events.
